Course Description: King Saul’s story is one of the Bible’s greatest leadership studies. Called by God, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and chosen to lead Israel, Saul possessed everything needed to succeed—yet lost his kingdom because of pride, insecurity, fear, and partial obedience. This course explores Saul’s journey from humble servant to troubled king while helping students recognize warning signs in their own spiritual lives.

Course Description: Learn more about Daniel’s visions and his faith in the Sovereignty of God while getting an in depth study of how God took care of his people while they were in captivity.

Course Description:This energetic and inspiring course introduces students ages 8–16 to the fundamentals of Jazz and Modern Dance in a positive, faith-centered environment that encourages creativity, confidence, discipline, and self-expression. Students will develop proper dance technique while learning how movement can be used to communicate emotion, tell meaningful stories, and glorify God through artistic expression.
Throughout the course, students will build a strong foundation in body alignment, flexibility, balance, coordination, rhythm, musicality, strength, and performance skills. Jazz instruction emphasizes precision, energy, style, and dynamic movement, while Modern Dance encourages creativity, emotional expression, and fluid movement through space. Students will also explore choreography, improvisation, teamwork, stage presence, and performance etiquette.

Course Description: What happens when God places you in a position you never expected, among people you did not choose, for a purpose you cannot yet see? This course journeys through the Book of Esther to explore how an ordinary young woman became instrumental in preserving an entire people. Students will examine Esther’s transformation from an orphaned Jewish girl to a courageous queen while discovering principles of preparation, identity, wisdom, relationships, influence, courage, and divine timing.
Students will be challenged to recognize the difference between having a position and understanding its purpose. Through Esther, Mordecai, Haman, King Ahasuerus, and the Jewish community, participants will learn how God can work through circumstances, relationships, preparation, opposition, and seemingly ordinary decisions to accomplish extraordinary purposes.

Course Description: Learn Nutritional stewardship and get physically aligned with knowledge from a professional on how to eat healthy, understand chronic diseases, learn how to maintain your weight and other health benefits. Changing your habits, thought process and relationship with food & movement can lead to a life with more freedom and peace.

Course Description: Christian caregivers are often the first individuals people seek when facing emotional, relational, spiritual, or personal crises. Yet many ministry leaders have received little formal training in distinguishing between spiritual warfare, trauma, mental health concerns, and situations requiring professional intervention.
This eight-week certificate course provides a biblically grounded, trauma-informed approach to Christian caregiving. Participants will learn to recognize the differences between spiritual oppression, emotional wounds, trauma responses, and mental health disorders while developing confidence in making wise ministry decisions.
Using The Law Discernment Model™, students will learn how to provide compassionate care, recognize their ministry limits, make appropriate referrals, and collaborate effectively with Christian counselors and mental health professionals.

Who are we?
We are welcoming and faith-filled community of believers dedicated to worship, service, and spiritual growth. Our mission is to share God’s love, strengthen our faith, and serve our local community.
What do we believe?
We believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the power of God’s love to transform lives. Our church upholds the authority of the Bible, the importance of prayer, and the calling to live out our faith through worship, fellowship, and service.
We believe in the universal church, which is composed of everyone who has received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, irrespective of race, creed or culture. We believe that water baptism is an act of obedience to Jesus and an outward sign of our entrance into the body of Christ. We believe that communion is the sacred right and a privilege of every believer. It should be shared solemnly as often as desired for the purpose of communing with our Lord and Savior as one body in Christ.
We believe in the great commission to; “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things commanded of God.
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives.
We uphold God’s word as our rule of law and order.
The Discipleship Process
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” – Matthew 28:19-20
One of our main missions is to be obedient to the command of Jesus and make disciples through our discipleship programs. To be discipled here at Koinonia Christian Church, you must complete a six step process outlined in the below image.
How do you operate?
We maintain a core team of professionals who oversee all executive functions and decisions at the church. This includes adhering to strict city, state and federal guidelines when it comes to church operations. Our financial records are subject to many audits to ensure those same guidelines are not only being met but exceeded. We operate in full transparency.
All decisions are done through prayer and collaboration. We stand on obedience to the call and Word of God. All positions at the church function under our Kingdom Directive which is centered on uplifting the name of Jesus.
Being a member and the covenant
Being a member is open to everyone who has accepted Christ as their savior and are in agreement with our Kingdom Directive. Each member takes upon themselves our covenant. Understanding that you are not only a member of the church but a gifted and empowered minister within this church and thus commit to discovering your gifts and talents, to being equipped and discipled to minister more effectively, and to develop a servant’s heart of love in order to connect people with Christ.
As a Transformed Believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, you take this covenant together with other members to attend faithfully, to worship joyfully, to grow consistently, to give generously, to share Jesus boldly and to live a Godly life.
